Surprises in a mill are safety problems first.
Steel | The job above the other four
Your Visual Twin is safety infrastructure.
Every workflow the Visual Twin runs has the same quiet result: fewer people in harm’s way, fewer hours in the danger zone, fewer surprises. Undocumented steel and congested bays hide interferences until the crane is already rigged. The Visual Twin exists to remove surprises.

How the Visual Twin solves it
Four ways the twin does safety work every week.
Safety is a Spartan pillar, and it is the reason the other four use cases matter. Each one moves people off ladders, out of pinch points, and away from the floor until the plan is proven.
The workflow in practice
- Measure from a desk, not a ladder: climbs, lifts, and harnesses replaced by a mouse. Every measurement pulled from the screen is exposure your people never take on.
- Lockout tagout, planned and tagged: lockout points live in the model with photos attached, so crews find the right cabinet and lock out right the first time.
- Crews clear of pinch points: color coded crew zones keep people away from moving equipment and dynamic pinch points, agreed before the shift starts.
- Contractors walk it before they arrive: every contractor tours the plant virtually first. Full orientation, staging, and access review with zero floor exposure.
Proof it pays
The shutdown that got two days back.
Within about an hour of scanning, the Visual Twin showed a steel producer that their planned approach was not going to work. Spartan helped validate a new plan before a single contractor mobilized. Eighteen contractor crews worked from one model and the outage finished two days early, worth roughly $2 million in restored production.
